We want you to love your VICI finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final store credit amount.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a VICI E-Gift Card to your email within 5-7 business days.
